You can rest assured that the patterns are safe and secure in the computer. No need to store the heavy and bulky paper pattern.

Grading
We can take your patterns and create all of the sizes you need. But if you already have the pattern, we can input the pattern in the system by digitizing the pattern. We can grade using your size charts. If you need help writing your size chart, it is no problem. We can discuss your target market and help you through the process.

Marker Making
Once the pattern is perfected and graded, now is the time to make the production marker. Marker making is like taking puzzle pieces and laying them out to fit. The pieces won’t fit perfectly therefore the goal is to make the marker as tight as possible to save fabric. In return, your company will save money and make your product more profitable. The marker can be outputted on our in house Gerber infinity plotter. If you manufacture overseas or across the United States, the file can be emailed.
